Grade 4 Parents!

 Orientation Night at BRMS for incoming 5^th graders

Browns River Middle School will be holding an orientation night for parents of current 4^th grade students who will be attending BRMS for 5^th grade in the fall, on Tuesday, May 27^th at 7:00 p.m. in the BRMS cafeteria.  This is a great opportunity for new parents to hear about the many great programs happening at BRMS.  Parents will also have the chance to meet next year’s 5^th grade teachers.  This is a parent only event; students should not plan on attending.   

There will be no school on Monday, May 26th in observance of Memorial Day.  We hope you enjoy the long weekend with your families!

PBIS Celebration - Bring your stuffed animal to school!

Our next PBIS celebration is Tuesday, May 20th!  We will be having a “bring your stuffed animal to school” day at JES.  Everyone is encouraged to bring their favorite stuffed animal! This was chosen by our Kindergarten students. 

School Board Meeting

The next School Board Meeting will take place on Wednesday, May. 14th at 7:00 p.m. in the JES Library.  As always, the community is invited to attend.

Coffee with the Principal

Please join Vicki on Thursday, May 8th from 7:30 to 8:00 a.m. in the Music Room for coffee and conversations about topics important to our JES community. This month’s topic is the placement process. We hope to see you there!

Intergenerational Wellness Walk -Wed., 5/7

Grandparents, parents, younger siblings and friends are invited to celebrate Intergenerational Walk & Roll to School Day by joining us on an all-school wellness walk.  On Wednesday, May 7th, we will be having a school wide walk around the multi-use path beginning at 1:30 p.m.  Come and join us!
